Overview
MusicStory ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via the process outlined below.
About AI-Generated Content
All music and video content on MusicStory is generated by artificial intelligence models from text prompts provided by users. Our AI creates original compositions and does not intentionally replicate or copy existing copyrighted works.
However, we acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may occasionally produce content that resembles existing copyrighted material. In such cases, we take all reports seriously and will act promptly to address valid concerns.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted on MusicStory infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated DMCA Agent containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform (e.g., URL or track/video ID).
- Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Important: Knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by us or the alleged infringer.

We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
