1. Legal Entity
MusicStory is operated by ROCKET SOCIAL SASU, a company registered in France, located at 26 chemin de Chalin, 69130 Ecully, France ("we", "us", "the Company").
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MusicStory (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Description of Service
MusicStory is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create songs from text prompts. The Service includes music generation, video creation, and public sharing features.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
6. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. For generated content, paid plan users receive a commercial license to use their generated music and videos. Free plan users receive a personal, non-commercial license. MusicStory retains the right to use generated content for service improvement.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
8. Credits & Usage Limits
The Service operates on a unified credit-based system. Music generation costs 3 credits per song. Video generation costs 1.7 credits per second of audio. Paid plan credits reset monthly. Free plan credits are a one-time allocation and do not reset. Unused credits do not roll over. MusicStory reserves the right to modify credit allocations and costs with notice.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicStory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
